Jacob Doyle
I was born and raised in 100 Mile House and grew to love the views from the tops of trees and mountains. I started out doing carpentry with my dad and built log homes for a while.
Chasing after new heights I got my pilot’s license and my Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license. I travelled to various areas around the world fixing helicopters before settling into Salmon Arm and returning to the construction trade. My passions are skiing, rock and ice climbing, God, and my family.

With more than twenty years of office management and a variety of education, I get to do the administrative side of things. Occasionally I get the joy of being on a job site to work with the crews and tools too. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for both SCIP and the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce.
I have a heart for Ethiopia and enjoy working with Hope International as well. I like variety in my life so I enjoy doing new things. My faith in God, my love for my family and friends, and my heart for helping those around me are what I am passionate about. Being born and raised in 100 Mile House, I came to appreciate the outdoors greatly and can often be found hiking, rock and ice climbing, camping, paddle boarding, and chasing waterfalls.

I live in Sicamous with my wife and two kids. I’ve served the fire department in Sicamous for over a decade and have been on 9 wildfire deployments protecting BC. I enjoy video games, hunting, fishing, and camping with my family on our property up in Seymour Arm.
We’ve grown up and lived in the Shuswap and I enjoy helping to build this community upward and onward.
Rick Luth
I grew up on a farm in Ontario always drawing & building things, but a love of wildlife led me away to become a bird of prey handler in a few different locations. I’ve also had a fascination for world cultures, so after getting a couple Art Education degrees, I travelled abroad with my family in order to inspire creativity in kids around the globe.
Eventually I ended up in Salmon Arm, teaching at Kings Christian School for about 10 years. I now enjoy enhancing my craftsman skills with Redpoint while also working as a Children’s Book Illustrator and helping run a home for widows & orphans in Burundi, Africa.

I’m an avid biker and sledder, twice divorced with three children (all married). I hold two red seal certificates for carpentry and have found a home here with the very reputable Redpoint Construction.
Mark Trodden
I have been calling British Columbia home since 2009. Originally hailing from England, I’ve embraced a new chapter of life in Canada, marrying a wonderful Canadian woman in 2012.
Together we are proud parents of three lovely daughters. I enjoy the serene, slow-paced lifestyle of Salmon Arm, but I do miss England and her mild Winters.
Wade Viznaugh
After spending the past 28 years living and raising our 2 children in Revelstoke BC, my wife and I decided to start a new chapter by moving to Salmon Arm.
I am excited to be a part of the Redpoint team, and love hearing the positive feedback from all of the wonderful clients I meet. Weekends find me either camping with my wife, grooming the trails at Larch Hills, Nordic Skiing, or riding my Mountain bike.
